At Petal Perfection, we take great pride in ensuring that every bouquet and gift is delivered fresh, beautifully arranged, and on time. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made to order, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do offer solutions in the rare event that something goes wrong.


1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh flowers, bouquets, arrangements, and perishable gifts cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Personalized or customized items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:

  • The flowers arrive in poor condition (e.g., wilted, damaged, or not fresh upon arrival).
  • The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Delivery was made to the wrong address due to our error.

In such cases, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence for verification.


3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds/Returns

  • Incorrect or incomplete recipient details provided by the customer.
  • Recipient not available at the delivery location and no alternate arrangement made.
  • Minor variations in flower shades, sizes, or arrangements (as flowers are seasonal and subject to availability).
  • Customer simply changes their mind after purchase.

4. Process for Claims

  • Contact our customer service team at +6017 546 0302 or petal.perfection@outlook.com within 8 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the product.
  • Our team will review the case and inform you of the next steps (replacement, refund, or store credit).

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card, online transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Store credit (if applicable) will be issued immediately for use on your next order.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as preparations would have already begun.
  • Peak season orders (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, festive occasions) are non-cancellable once confirmed.
