At Petal Perfection, we are committed to delivering your flowers and gifts with the utmost care and punctuality. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery areas, timeframes, fees, and terms to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide delivery services across Kuala Lumpur and selected areas within Selangor.
  • For areas outside our standard coverage, special arrangements may be possible upon request (subject to additional charges).
  • Customers can also choose self-pickup at our store in Nu Sentral Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (subject to availability).
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
  • Specific Time Deliveries: We will make every effort to deliver at your preferred time. However, due to logistics and traffic conditions, delivery within a 1–2 hour time window is recommended.
  • Deliveries are available 7 days a week, including public holidays (with possible seasonal exceptions).

3. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery charges apply based on delivery zone and distance. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free Delivery may be offered for promotional periods, selected areas, or minimum purchase amounts (e.g., orders above RM250).
  • Additional surcharges may apply for peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) or urgent last-minute deliveries.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the recipient’s address and contact number are accurate and complete. Petal Perfection will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
  • If the recipient is not available at the delivery address:
    • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient or sender.
    • The flowers may be left with a receptionist, security guard, colleague, or family member (where appropriate).
    • If no alternative arrangement is possible, re-delivery may be scheduled with an additional fee.
  • For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, and office buildings, please provide detailed information such as room number, ward, floor, or department.

5. Product Handling & Quality

  • All flowers are carefully arranged and packed to maintain freshness and presentation during delivery.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
  • In rare cases where certain flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and theme of the arrangement.

6. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation notification (via email or SMS).

7. International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international delivery. Orders are strictly limited to our serviceable areas in Malaysia.
